Preparation, the right equipment and a high quality, properly prepared sealant are extremely important to successfully repairing pavement cracks. The steps that we follow are listed below:

Remove All Vegatation from Cracks |

Thoroughly blow out cracks making sure the sidewalls are clean using a minimum of 125 CFM 90 PSI Air Pressure |
3) |
Seal cracks using Hot Fiber Reinforced Rubberized Crack Sealant meeting specification SS-S1401C/ASTM 3405 heated in a double jacketed Melter to a minimum of 325 degrees and inject sealant into cracks with a pressure applicator. |
4) |
Apply Black Beauty over the filled cracks. |
