Just because there is snow on the ground in MA, NH, RI and ME doesn’t mean there is nothing to do in the sealcoating business in New England. Almost all of the trucks and equipment have been running 7 days a week for 8 months straight. Now is our down time, this is when we get all the equipment ready for the start of our next season. The spring will be here before we know it, and when it arrives New England Sealcoating wants to be able to hit the ground running.
All trucks are either cleaned or repainted. Trucks and equipment such as generators are gone through from top to bottom. Preventative maintenance is done along with replacing parts that may not make it through the next season. Getting the fleet ready for the spring during the winter months is a full time job. In the other 4 months of the year to have the fleet ready for spring.
A break down during the season can cause problems with our schedule and be costly on a job. During our off season new trucks are purchased, old ones are refined and fabrication is always going on. We use the latest equipment in the industry to ensure we can always get the job done.
