Color Coating Crack Repair Products
The ARMOR® Crack Repair System utilizes a knitted fabric that will expand as the crack widens. The secret to making this repair work is how it is purposely NOT bonded to the court in the vicinity of the crack, there by allowing more of the fabric to absorb any movement or growth of the crack without the fabric tearing or delaminating from the surface. Thus, the reason why the ARMOR® Crack Repair System works so well is that it effectively spreads the stress of the crack over a wide area of expandable fabric-other brand name repair “systems” do not do this.
The RITEWAY® Crack Repair System utilizes a micro-technology that allows the existing cracks on your court to move without breaking the membrane of this system. Many who have tried other systems have complained about “dead spots”, “hollow sounds” and “bubbling”. Although these other systems have proven to keep cracks from coming back, the RiteWay® Crack Repair System not only keeps cracks from coming back, but its micro-technology does not have any dead spots, hollow sounds or bubbling.
Color Coating Systems

You can even vary the “playing speed” to render a slow, medium, or fast court. This revolutionary space age fiber, which is added to the 100%acrylic binder, is how we’re able to assure you of trouble free playing and enjoyment for years to come. Thanks to the extra strength of these fibers, LATEX-ITE surfaced consistently outlast the competition.
DecoColor® resists ultraviolet degradation and withsyands severe weather conditions. Deep, rich pigments create vibrant long lasting colors for your court. Engineered using the latest acrylic polymer technology DecoColor® endures the toughest of conditions. DecoColor® is celebrating 30 years at the US Open and DecoTurf® was used as the official tennis surface for the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China.
SportMaster® tennis court surfaces are technically advanced, 100% acrylic sports surfaces. Many people refer to tennis court surfaces as “tennis court paint”, but SportMaster systems are designed to provide consistent speed of play, texture, and vibrant color to any indoor or outdoor facility. SportMaster tennis court surfaces are formulated to resist fading and withstand a variety of weather conditions from ice and snow to intense heat and ultra-violet rays.
Dynaflex® Acrylic Resurfacer is a premium quality, pigmented, acrylic emulsion. Dynaflex contains high tensile strength geotextile fibers for greater toughness, flexibility and longer service life. The product is also formulated with a surfactant package which promotes superior adhesion to concrete or asphalt surfaces. Dynaflex contains no asbestos or mercury.
NOVACRYLIC COMBINATION SURFACE is a factory mixed blend of Novacoat and Novafil supplied in a concentrated form so that only water need be added prior to application on asphalt or Portland cement tennis courts. This product is used both for new and recoat work.
NOVA SPORTS USA began manufacturing this product upon request from contractors who wanted a blend of texture and topcoat, which would require only the addition of water at the jobsite. Now the only decision to be made by the technicians doing the applications is: “How much water do I add?”. In actual practice, using NOVACRYLIC COMBINATION SURFACE makes ordering and shipping materials to the jobsite much simpler. The main concern becomes: how many courts, how many coats and what color is specified.

The SportMaster ProCushion® System is the ultimate professional and residential cushioned option for tennis court surfaces. This 100% acrylic coating system is designed to provide optimum resilience and spin responsive play. The shock absorbing layers of the ProCushion system provide unparalleled player comfort at an affordable cost. Flexible acrylic binders maximize the feel of the rubber granules for decades after application.
NOVACUSHION is 100% acrylic rubber filled coating. It is designed to be used with the Novacrylic tennis court system when extra resilience is desired. Novacushion is applied in multiple layers (the more layers, the greater shock absorbing quality). We recommend a minimum of 4 coats of NOVACUSHION. NOVACUSHION courts are not “soft”, but do absorb some of the impact between the tennis shoe and the court surface. A soft surface would create a court that is very difficult to run on – similar to the extra energy required when running on a soft sandy beach.
Plexicushion® System combines the bounce, sure footing, and outstanding durability of Plexipave® with innovative shock-absorbing properties of EPDM rubber cushioning. The result is a surface that dynamically responds to body impact and reduces fatigue on the legs, ankles, and feet.
The sub-surfacing system is made from SBR and EPDM rubber granules, compressed plastic particles and special mineral fibers bound by special water-based polymers

Seal Coating Products
Jennite® is a premium quality pavement coating composed of refined coal tar that is fortified with rubber prior to emulsification. The resulting high solids product can be applied with no dilution. In addition, Jennite contains a unique surfactant formulation which allows greater compatibility with asphalt surfaces.
Locking out spills and protecting against the elements, Tarconite® delivers a rich, smooth, black finish that’s unparalleled in the marketplace, year after year. When appearance and protection are foremost in your mind, invest in Tarconite.
Neyra Force® is chemically reinforced to enhance the adhesion to the asphalt pavement, rejuvenating the surface and preventing raveling. Contains proprietary high molecular weight petroleum resin which creates tough and long lasting protection. Neyra Force forms a tight seal creating an impenetrable barrier that protects against the destructive effects of sun, water & chemicals, giving your pavement a deep black color and making it easier to clean. Neyra Force is a low VOC, non-flammable coating that emits no obnoxious odors or fumes and contains no coal tar.
Polyprime® is a multi-polymer penetrating primer in concentrated form. It is specifically formulated to rejuvenate oxidized pavement surfaces, allowing greatly improved adhesion of pavement sealer.
Crack Sealing Products
Crack Rite® Hot Pour Joint Sealant is a high quality, ASTM certified hot-applied joint sealant compatible with both direct fire and oil jackets kettles. This joint sealant is a high quality, time tested formula that is easy to apply and traffic ready in 15 minutes.
Crafco RoadSaver 221 sealant is a hot-applied asphalt-based product used to seal and fill cracks and joints in asphalt or Portland cement concrete pavements in hot to cold climates. RoadSaver 221 is supplied in solid form which when melted and properly applied forms a resilient, adhesive, and flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter and is resistant to flow and pick-up at summer temperatures. RoadSaver 221 is used in highway, street, and airfield pavements and is applied to pavement cracks and joints using either pressure feed
Melter applicators or pour pots. At application temperature RoadSaver 221 is a free flowing, self-leveling product. RoadSaver 221 is a widely used, excellent performing sealant that has been a quality Crafco product for over 30 years.

Specialty Coatings
StreetBond SB 150 is a two-component advanced water borne epoxy-modified acrylic coating designed for application on textured (stamped) or non-textured (flat) asphalt pavement. With proper surface preparation and primer, StreetBond SB 150 can be used on concrete.

Pattern Paving RoadColor
RoadColor pavement coatings are epoxy modified acrylic coatings designed to be applied onto both asphalt and concrete. RoadColor coatings are fast to install, easily reparied, and super durable, handling as many as 10,000 vehicles per lane per day over a several year period. RoadColor offers unlimted color selections that are UV stable.
Neyra-SunShield
SunShield Solar Reflective Coating reflects the sun’s heat away from the pavement, ratherthan absorbing it, reducing solar-induced heat build-up–and the destructive events associated with it. SunShield provides reflective, long lasting protection with non-fading color and uniform texture to all asphalt pavements including parking lots, paths and walkways.
SealMaster-ColorPave Neutral Ready-Mix Asphalt Color and Blacktop Color Paving
Sealcoat Color Pave Neutral Ready-Mix is a 100% acrylic water-based emulsion designed as apavement color coating. ColorPave is fortified with sand for slip resistance. ColorPaveis supplied in a neutral color designed to be mixed with ColorPlus Pigment Dispersion to achieve desired color.
